Solo is much more than just an online ordering system – you can access a list of all your customers and their license standing, generate and save quotes, and even access product recommendations.
Products and licenses
A customer can license any combination of our products under a single license. All Sophos licenses include automatic enterprise-wide distribution and updating of Sophos products and 24/7 technical support for the duration of the license.
What is included in the price?
The price of a license is based on the total number of computers or users protected (whichever is higher), and the duration of the license. All Sophos licenses include:
- Free upgrades to the software for the duration of the license
- Constant automatic updates via the internet
- 24-hour support, 365 days a year
- The A to Z of computer security threats (not included with small business solutions and download-only licenses)
- Full user documentation - currently available for Sophos Anti-Virus on most platforms in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, and Chinese (simplified and traditional).
In addition, Sophos licenses for enterprise desktop anti-virus solutions include employee home use, free of charge. Sophos Enterprise Console is also included in the Sophos Anti-Virus license for Windows and Mac OS X.
